Yellow Silicone Hoses fitted
Today removed one hose at a time found the matching new yellow silicone hose and fitted. Nine hoses matched and fitted, now just have the 2 left over to fit or ignore! One long hose left and not fitted as not sure where it goes, could be the longer one of the 2 power steering hoses. Also one hose that does not seem to have a match anywhere in the engine bay so waiting to see if anyone else has the same one left over from this kit of hoses.
UPDATE: the last picture with 3 yellow hoses and 1 black hose show the yellow hoses that are not used on my Mk2.5 Sport, The long yellow one was first fitted to the brake servo but that is not right as the original has a oneway valve in it. The short hose next to the black hose is what I thought was the same as the power steering oil tank however these hoses are not for oil so that one is not used. The third hose on the right of the last picture cannot match anything on my car. Therefore 3 unused in total.
UPDATE2: The new last picture showing the Oil Filter with the oil cooler connections is where that long hose in the previous picture is fitted to..
